Therefore, every contract is negotiated individually according to the full support needs and requirements in the following areas:
The performance of repairs under warranty within a timeframe of up to 12h from the moment of reporting or the most commonly selected option of 24/48h repairs

Non-standard maintenance services during specific downtime - repairs, inspections and expansion takes place during this time after arranging the assumptions and solutions with the Client in advance. Clients often have a set maintenance window where system and infrastructure modifications can be carried out. Therefore, we craft the objective and assumptions together with the Client in order to prepare, perform and complete the service in due time.
Preventive audit - an audit of the infrastructural systems and installations accompanied by measurement-taking and a recommendation of changes or leaving as is. Scope: both the LAN/WAN, FO, power supply, air-conditioning system, UPS and power generators.
Performance audit - an audit of the infrastructure - before the formal production rollout to reveal proper preparation relative to the requirements set on the execution stage. Audits relating to the heat load, power load, and extinguishing system.
